Moda Urbana 7.21.09: Fun with scarves
A scarf in the dead of summer is a very bold fashion statement. Kudos to Cynthia the intern who chose to wear her grandmother’s scarf as an accent to an otherwise inappropriate office dress, the tube top dress. See how Cynthia drapes the scarf in a long circular way, blocking the eye from cleavage while dressing up a very casual outfit. This girl has fashion sense and elegance.-Lisa Degliantoni

Big fat truth: Rep. Quintana and her daughter Chandra get very stylish cuts at Foliage and donate the hair to Locks of Love.
