El Paso makes pages of Saveur magazine

El Paso has made it into the pages of Saveur magazine (in the travel section) and that means we look gorgeous, El Paso! Here’s a snippet, “For lunch they are making salpic├│n, a salad of shredded meat eaten throughout Mexico, Central America, and parts of South America. In some places it’s made with chicken; in others, with fish. In El Paso and Chihuahua, it features beef brisket lightly dressed with lime and chipotle.”
